After eating hummus in Jordan, esp in Aqaba, I have joined the ranks of hummus addicts. The first thing I want to do in Boston is to buy some little chick peas in Armeniaville and try to duplicate the mild creamy Jordanian version so delightfully garnished with whole chick peas, olive oil and parsley. I will be eating that stuff every day.Some good links about hummus include:
