Even though I have a Weber Bullet which smokes up a feast for a crowd, I wanted a stove top smoker. This summer I bought the best Emeril's 4-in-1 Cast Iron Stove Top Smoker. As expected, it performs great. I smoked up a pork loin which everyone loved. Stove top smoking is easy and clean up is fast. I was lucky to find my smoker half price at a going out of business sale. Graham Kerr recommends stove top smoking in the MiniMax cookbook. I added a special Stove Top Smoking section to my recipes cd.

Does the stove top smoker leave a film on the kitchen walls or windows?
The in-house or top of the stove smoker does not smoke up your house. No film.
